Laurel Health Care Company has a comprehensive Compliance Program, under the direction of the Laurel Compliance Officer, to ensure and monitor compliance of our organization with state and federal regulations, LHCC Policies and the Code of Conduct. The cornerstones of our Compliance Program are the development of standards and policies, ongoing education, auditing and monitoring functions. Our program includes a Concern Resolution Hotline to communicate compliance concerns directly or anonymously, and LHCC prohibits retaliation against those who raise compliance concerns.
